Job summary

Hyperion Partners Limited is seeking a Senior Service Charge Accountant to lead the service charge accounting function across a portfolio of residential developments. You will oversee daily team activities, ensure accurate year-end service charge and RMC accounts, and coordinate budgeting and reporting. The role combines technical accounting with people leadership in a dynamic property management setting.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience preparing year-end service charge accounts or in residential property management.
• At least two years' experience in a team leadership/management role.
• Solid understanding of bank reconciliations, financial reporting and accounting controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the service charge accounting team and prioritise deadlines.
• Support team members with technical queries and complex issues.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive professional development.
• Identify training needs and enhance team knowledge.
