Job summary

Hyperion Partners Limited is seeking a Service Charge Accountant to join our finance team. This role focuses on managing service charge accounts, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the wider property finance function.

You will prepare service charge accounts, manage budgets, reconciliations and reporting, and liaise with property managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in service charge accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work

• Strong budgeting, reconciliations, and reporting knowledge.
