A recruitment agency is looking for an experienced Senior Service Charge Accountant in London. The successful candidate will manage year-end service charge accounts for complex properties and work closely with property managers. Applicants should have substantial accounting experience, preferably with relevant qualifications and proficiency in property management software. Formación

• Significant experience of preparing Service Charge Accounts for complex, multi schedule properties.
• Experience of managing mixed use properties with residential and commercial elements.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with leaseholders.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare year end service charge accounts including trial balance and journals.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Create and issue budget templates on the property management system.
