Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Service Administrator in Leeds to support the Power GenService Operations Admin department.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, coordinating preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs, and ensuring timely updates and accurate work orders. You will collaborate with Sales, Service Operations, and Technical Support teams to maintain service quality, monitor progress, and promote services where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills.
• SAP experience or knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, creating a positive and professional experience that strengthens customer relationships and trust in the branch.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests both in person and over the phone.
• Assess customer needs effectively and gather accurate information to ensure the right solutions and services are provided.
• Create and process work orders accurately within company systems, supporting efficient service delivery and minimizing delays.
• Provide timely updates on job progress and service status, keeping customers informed and improving overall satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contributing to customer retention and long-term business growth.
• Support branch revenue growth by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products and services where appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication, efficient operations, and a consistently positive customer experience.
