Zealous Agency is seeking an experienced SEO & GEO Manager to steer strategy for a portfolio of key clients. You’ll own end-to-end SEO and GEO initiatives, collaborating with Technical SEO, Content and Digital PR teams to drive measurable growth.

In this role you’ll lead client relationships, present insights, and mentor junior colleagues while identifying opportunities across emerging search channels, including AI-powered approaches. Agency background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced SEO Manager with agency experience.
• Strong experience across SEO and GEO.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
• Familiar with SEO tools and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Commercial mindset and interest in future of search.
• Management or mentoring experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end SEO & GEO strategies.
• Turn client objectives and data into commercially focused strategies.
• Lead client relationships and present insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate Technical, Content and Digital PR teams.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush and AccuRanker to identify opportunities.
• Reporting on performance, insights and strategic progress.
