• Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple workstreams.
• Mentoring and willingness to develop colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver SEO strategies aligned with client objectives across traditional search and AI-powered discovery.
• Lead integrated programmes spanning technical, content and local SEO, from planning through to measurement.
• Audit websites and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to increase organic visibility, qualified traffic and conversions.
• Create clear reporting that connects search performance and AI visibility with wider business outcomes.
• Partner with clients, account leadership and internal specialists to strengthen workflows and deliver high-quality work.
• Manage and develop an SEO Executive while encouraging knowledge-sharing and continuous learning across the team.
