Job summary

Education Experts in Northampton is seeking an experienced Resource Provision Leader to drive a new EBSA-focused all-through provision. The role is full-time, long-term, starting immediately or January 2027, leading a team of teachers and ISPs within a dedicated specialist setting.

You will collaborate with clinicians, the Local Authority and the Senior Leadership Team to deliver EHCP outcomes, safeguard pupils, and ensure high-quality provision.

Qualifications

• UK-based teaching qualification (QTS) required.
• Extensive experience working in UK SEND education settings.
• Working knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice.
• Enhanced DBS and right to work documentation.
• Strong professional references.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new Resource Provision within an all-through school.
• Build and manage a team of teachers and ISPs.
• Liaise with clinical practitioners, LA and SLT.
• Oversee EHCP outcomes and pathway to adulthood targets.
• Safeguard and ensure compliance across provision.
