REESON Education is seeking a qualified and experienced SENDCo to join a welcoming primary school in Brent on a full-time basis from 2 November 2026.

The SENDCo will lead SEND provision across the school, oversee EHCPs and APDR, and collaborate with staff, parents and external agencies to promote inclusive practice and improve outcomes for all pupils. This is a 5 days per week, term-time-only post.

Qualifications

• Qualified SENDCo with QTS and SENDCo NPQ or recognised equivalent.
• Proven experience as SENDCo in a primary school.
• Strong knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage SEND provision across the school and support pupils with additional needs.
• Oversee EHCP applications, annual reviews and APDR processes.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and external agencies to implement support strategies.
• Monitor pupil progress and ensure effective interventions and resources.
• Provide guidance to staff to promote high-quality inclusive teaching.
