Job summary

Ormiston Academies Trust in the West Midlands is seeking a senior SEND leader to shape provision and practice across our North and West Regions, ensuring inclusive education, high-quality teaching, and effective interventions for over 30,000 pupils.

You will work with secondary principals, SENCOs and leadership teams, coordinating reviews, regional networks, and national guidance to raise outcomes; you will deliver training and guidance for staff from ECTs to SLTs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEND provision and SENCO leadership.
• Strong knowledge of statutory frameworks and national guidance.
• Track record in school improvement and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEND provision and co-ordinate best practice across regions.
• Advise secondary principals, SENCOs and inclusion teams.
• Deliver training and guidance for staff at all career stages.
