Tor View School in Devon is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our education team. We seek versatile, resilient and committed staff who can support across all key stages and SEN.

The school has an Ofsted history of Good with Outstanding practices in Behaviour, Personal development and Leadership. We offer bespoke training and a collaborative environment with DBS support and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEN and supporting across key stages.
• Ability to lead small group or targeted interventions.
• Strong communication skills and ICT for tracking progress.
• Emotionally aware and resilient with commitment to professional development.

• Delivering and adapting strategies to meet diverse needs across the curriculum.
• Tracking learner progress and evaluating intervention effectiveness.
