LT Support is helping to recruit an educational support professional for a partner primary school in Chelmsford to assist two non-verbal students with complex needs and to upskill LSAs. The role includes immediate start and opportunities to develop leadership skills within a collaborative team.

Successful candidates will undergo Enhanced DBS checks and references. LT Support reviews applications within three working days and contact may be limited during high volume periods.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
• Relevant experience with complex needs and non-verbal students.
• Ability to train and develop others.
• Full time availability.
• Available immediately ongoing.
• Understanding, calm and possessing great behaviour management.

We have a unique opportunity in our partner primary school in Chelmsford to support 2 non-verbal students with complex needs in inclusion as well as to train and upskill LSAs.

Experience of working with Year 2/3 students, semh and complex needs ideally. Immediate trial available

Role will involve supporting and building on understanding of supporting complex needs with LSAs in the school. A great opportunity for someone looking to develop leadership skills and more.
