Job summary

Beautiful Recruitment is seeking a Senior/S Principal Semiconductor Equipment Engineer for a high-technology facility in Northamptonshire. You will lead reliability, installation, commissioning and continuous improvement of MOVPE, MOCVD and epitaxy equipment in a high-vacuum environment.

You will work closely with Process Engineering and Manufacturing to maximise uptime while supporting expansion of a cutting-edge semiconductor operation. UK relocation and visa sponsorship are available.

Qualifications

5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, epitaxy or similar.
HNC or degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Strong electrical knowledge incl. low/high voltage systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Support MOVPE, MOCVD and epitaxy equipment for wafer growth.
Diagnose and resolve complex electro-mechanical/faults in vacuum and control systems.
Develop preventative maintenance to improve reliability and uptime.
Lead equipment reliability, upgrade and continuous improvement projects.
