Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Security Transformation Senior Analyst - Products to join our Security Products team in the UK, with hybrid working. You will help shape security transformation roadmaps, define target-state operating models, and engage with senior stakeholders to turn insights into business value.

You will work on defining security strategies across IAM, Cloud Security, Security Operations, and GRC domains, collaborating with experienced consultants to deliver client-ready

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security, technology consulting, or business transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
• Interest in one or more security domains, including IAM, Cloud Security, Security Operations, or GRC.
• A proactive mindset and desire to develop as a trusted security consultant.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Support security transformation programmes from strategy through to implementation planning.
• Analyze current-state processes, technologies, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and document business, security, and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.
• Contribute to the development of target-state operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables, presentations, assessments, and recommendations.
• Support business case development and value articulation for security investments.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership, proposition development, and the continued growth of the Security Products practice.
