Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Transformation Senior Analyst to join the Security Products team in a hybrid role in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on defining security strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps across cyber domains, partnering with consultants to shape recommendations and deliver business value from security investments.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security, technology consulting, or business transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.
• Interest in security domains such as IAM, Cloud Security, Security Operations, or GRC.
• Proactive mindset and desire to develop as a trusted security consultant.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Support security transformation programmes from strategy through to implementation planning.
• Analyse current-state processes, technologies, and operating models to identify improvements.
• Gather and document business, security, and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to development of target-state operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables, presentations, assessments, and recommendations.
• Support business case development and value articulation for security investments.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership and growth of the Security Products practice.
