Job summary

A Senior Analyst will join the Security Products team to shape security strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps across cyber domains, working with senior stakeholders and experienced consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security, technology consulting, or business transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
• Interest in security domains: IAM, Cloud Security, Security Operations, or GRC.
• Proactive mindset and desire to develop as a trusted security consultant.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Support security transformation programmes from strategy through to implementation planning.
• Analyse current-state processes, technologies, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and document business, security, and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.
• Contribute to the development of target-state operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables, presentations, assessments, and recommendations.
• Support business case development and value articulation for security investments.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership, proposition development, and the continued growth of the Security Products practice.
