Arup is seeking a Graduate Physical Security Consultant in London to join its world‑leading security team. You’ll develop expertise in design, specification and implementation of physical security measures across diverse projects, supported by senior engineers and a structured development programme.

The role offers early career progression toward chartership through the RSES and Security Institute, with exposure to high‑profile international projects and opportunities to contribute to research

Qualifications

• Degree in system, electrical, electronic, IT & communications systems or aeronautical engineering with a 2:1/60% or higher.
• Full working rights in the country of application.
• No more than 12 months of full‑time experience in a comparable role.
• Recently graduated, or on track to graduate, before employment starts.

Responsibilities

• Design, specification and implementation of physical security measures across projects.
• Contribute to Security Needs Assessments and Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessments in collaboration with threat specialists.
