Job summary

Sibylline Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead day-to-day physical security and supervise intelligence functions. You will ensure seamless coordination, incident management, and continuity of service during incidents and disruptions.

The role is onsite at the London office, with core hours Monday–Friday and occasional out-of-hours coverage during crises. A valid SIA CCTV licence is essential for starting work.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating incident response activities in a live operational environment.
• Ability to manage multiple incidents and competing priorities in a 24/7 environment.
• Familiarity with access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, dispatch, and case management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement experience.
• A current valid SIA CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational decision-making during assigned shifts and major incidents.
• Provide operational supervision to intelligence personnel as required, coordinating activities during incidents and escalations.
• Manage real-time escalation processes and ensure incidents are handled per SOPs.
• Provide oversight for alarm monitoring, CCTV operations, access control, dispatch and incident management.
• Review reports and dispatch records for quality and consistency.
• Ensure effective shift handovers and continuity of operations.
• Monitor service levels and address performance issues within PSOC.
• Support scheduling, training and development of PSOC personnel.
• Coordinate with Regional Security Managers, Workplace, Facilities and third-party vendors.
