Job summary

Sibylline Ltd seeks an experienced Security Operations Supervisor to join our London-based client site in a 5x8 hour shift pattern, including weekends. You will provide shift leadership, oversee alarms and dispatch activities, manage access control and CCTV, and ensure quality assurance while acting as a key escalation point for Operators.

Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced security operations Supervisor to join us in an embedded role supporting the client’s 24/7 global security operations. You will provide shift leadership and operational oversight for personnel and activities.

As the Supervisor, you will oversee alarm response activities, dispatch coordination, access control operations, incident management, CCTV monitoring, emergency communications, and quality assurance processes while ensuring adherence to established procedures. You willserve as a key escalation point for Operators and act on behalf of the Manager when required.

This is an onsite role at the client’s London office. This role would require you to work 5x8 hour shifts, rotating early, late and nights, including weekends, with flexibility to cover gaps where required.

Must provide a valid SIA CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) licence prior to commencing employment.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, dispatch, and alarm monitoring platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of operational security, GSOC, or security operations experience.
• Previous supervisory, shift-lead, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred.
