Job summary

Eeze is seeking a Senior Security Engineer (Infrastructure) to strengthen security controls across cloud, on-prem and edge environments. You will collaborate with INO, Corporate IT and Platform Engineering to raise security maturity, visibility and incident response.

The role emphasizes engineering and operations alignment, with a focus on scalable security controls, vulnerability management and modern tooling in a high-availability setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in security-focused engineering roles.
• Strong infrastructure, cloud or network security background in high-availability environments.
• Deep understanding of Layer 3/4/7 security principles.
• Experience securing cloud, hybrid and on-prem infrastructure.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalling and segmentation.
• Experience with SIEM, logging, monitoring and threat detection.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infra.
• Familiar with IAM, privileged access management and secrets handling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve security controls across on-prem, cloud and edge environments.
• Support security architecture and hardening across servers, operating systems, cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
• Support SIEM, alerting and security monitoring tooling.
• Support Layer 7/web security initiatives including WAF, reverse proxy and API protection.
• Assist edge security platforms such as Cloudflare or similar.
• Support vulnerability management and security assessments across cloud and on-premise systems.
• Lead and support endpoint security, EDR and Microsoft Defender capabilities across environments.
• Support identity, access management and privileged access security.
• Continuously evaluate emerging infrastructure threats and tooling.
• Coordinate with ISO/compliance teams to align controls with governance.
