Job summary

Olo is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to lead the Security Blue Team and drive information protection, incident detection and response across our cloud environments. You will mentor engineers, coordinate security reviews, and partner with customers to strengthen security postures.

You will oversee vulnerability management, threat hunting, and continuous improvement of security controls, with on-call rotation and strong collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach Olo’s Blue Team on information protection, incident detection and response and service delivery.
• Provide strategic and technical oversight to the security program and lead a team of engineers and analysts.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to strengthen security posture and drive ongoing optimisations via new technologies and automation.
• Oversee vulnerability management, threat hunting, incident response processes and security reviews across cloud environments.
