Olo is a leading restaurant technology provider delivering security-focused cloud services for its open SaaS platform. Reporting to the Security Engineering Director, the Staff Security Engineer leads the Blue Team and mentors engineers while guiding risk-based security improvements across our cloud environments.

You will work remotely from Northern Ireland and collaborate with customers, partners, and product teams to detect threats, champion zero-trust principles, and strengthen Olo’s

Formación

• 5+ years of Security Engineering, Security Operations or Security Architecture experience.
• Experience acting as technical lead to distributed teams consisting largely of remote engineers.
• Experience complying with PCI-DSS and other compliance and regulatory standards.
• Experience with attacker tactics, techniques and procedures.
• Deep understanding of operating system, networking and application concepts.
• Experience developing and leading incident response, remediation and mitigation activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Olo’s Information Protection program including security tools, services, and awareness.
• Oversee Vulnerability Management, Threat Hunting and Threat Detection programs.
• Coordinate incident detection and response across cloud environments and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to strengthen security posture.
• Drive security automation, threat intelligence, and continual improvement across platforms.
