Olo is seeking a Staff/Senior Security Engineer to lead the Blue Team from a remote UK location. You will guide information protection strategy, oversee vulnerability management and threat hunting, and work with product teams to mitigate risks.

You will drive incident detection, response processes, and security services while collaborating with customers to strengthen security postures across cloud environments.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Security Engineering, Security Operations or Security Architecture experience.
• CISSP, GCIH or similar certification preferred.
• Experience leading distributed teams of remote engineers.
• Experience with PCI-DSS and other compliance standards.
• Knowledge of attacker tactics, techniques and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Guide and coach Olo’s Blue Team on information protection, incident detection and response, and service delivery.
• Technically lead a team of security engineers and analysts who hunt, detect, and respond to threats.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to strengthen security posture.
• Drive ongoing optimisations by implementing new technologies and automating security activities.
