Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is seeking a Lead Security Architect to shape secure, enterprise-scale technology solutions for complex transformation programmes in the UK, with a hybrid work model.

You will own security strategy and architecture across cloud, applications and infrastructure, mentor teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of modern security practices and tooling across major client engagements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates senior leadership and executive stakeholder influence.
• Expertise in Microsoft security across Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview.
• Ability to lead large-scale security transformations and managed services.
• Advanced Microsoft security certifications (SC-100, SC-200, SC-401).
• Experience in compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001, SOC 2).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise security architectures for large programmes.
• Define security strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Embed security-by-design across cloud, apps, and infrastructure.
• Advise senior clients on security strategy and risk.
• Oversee security across cloud environments and enterprise systems.
• Support pre-sales and solution shaping for strategic opportunities.
• Mentor security architects and engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of modern security practices and tooling.
