Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an experienced AWS Solution Architect at Senior Manager level to join its cloud practice in London. You will shape cloud strategy, define enterprise-scale architectures and lead complex transformation programmes for major enterprise and public sector clients.

Partner with senior stakeholders, guide security, governance and cost optimisation, and mentor teams while delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions across AWS, data, AI and modern application platforms.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing AWS cloud solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable cloud architectures.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring consultants.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with C-suite and governance forums.
• AWS Associate or Professional certification encouraged; other Specialty certs welcome.
• Degree in CS/SE or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define AWS cloud strategies, governance models and enterprise standards.
• Design secure, scalable cloud solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Lead large-scale cloud transformation programmes and migrations.
• Architect solutions across AWS, data, AI, security and modern platforms.
• Mentor consultants and interact with senior client stakeholders.
