Addition is seeking an experienced infrastructure professional to design, maintain and improve secure environments in critical UK contexts. You will support on-prem, cloud, and hybrid platforms, driving automation and secure-by-design architectures, while collaborating with engineers and delivery teams to meet stringent security and resilience requirements.

Qualifications

• : Hands-on experience designing and maintaining secure infrastructure in regulated environments.
• : Proficient in cloud platforms and hybrid/mybrid environments with integration into customer projects.
• : Strong collaboration across engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to implement secure-by-design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designing, maintaining, and improving secure infrastructure across multi-classification environments
• Supporting public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms across internal systems and customer projects
• Managing and enhancing secure collaboration, development, and virtualised environments
• Performing infrastructure maintenance, patching, upgrades, and hardening through change control
• Monitoring systems, triaging alerts, and resolving incidents to maintain stability
• Working with engineers and delivery teams to ensure secure-by-design outcomes
• Supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based SaaS offerings
• Driving automation through scripting and infrastructure-as-code
• Advising project teams on infrastructure and best practices
• Contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing in the team
• Supporting delivery within Agile environments
