Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in cybersecurity with emphasis on security operations, incident response and threat management.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and mentor security teams.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, threat detection, vulnerability management and related practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Operations function, establishing strategic direction and service delivery standards.
• Oversee monitoring and threat detection capabilities to identify and respond to threats.
• Direct cybersecurity incident response activities, ensuring timely investigation, containment and recovery.
• Manage relationships with third-party providers and internal teams for effective security operations.
• Develop and maintain security metrics, reporting, and dashboards for visibility into security posture.
