Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Senior SDET to join our core product team in London. You will design and build high-performance, cloud-native back-end systems and scalable APIs to support AI workloads, including LLMs and GPU-based services.

You’ll create automated test frameworks in Go, drive API, integration and performance testing, and ensure reliability across Kubernetes deployments. You’ll collaborate with platform, backend and ML engineers, mentor juniors, and raise the bar for quality throughout the

Qualifications

• Must have experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks in Go.
• Strong background testing distributed systems and APIs (gRPC/REST) in production.
• Proficient in automated testing across unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures from a testing perspective.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks in Go.
• Build automated testing strategies across API, integration, end-to-end and performance testing.
• Develop test automation for secure, reliable APIs (gRPC/REST) and backend systems.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and front-end engineers to embed quality across the lifecycle.
• Validate data integrity and performance with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Design and execute tests for applications deployed on Kubernetes with Helm.
• Contribute to architecture discussions on testability, scalability and reliability.
• Maintain high standards for observability, automation, and best practices.
