Job summary

Radiant, based in London, is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to own design, delivery, and reliability of infrastructure. You will automate deployment pipelines, cloud and Kubernetes orchestration, and support AI workloads at scale.

You will partner with Platform, SRE and Product Engineering to shape technical direction and embed a true DevOps culture, focusing on IaC, observability and automation across the stack.

Qualifications

• Proven DevOps engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and containerisation tooling.
• Scripting ability in Python and Shell; Ansible experience.
• Strong knowledge of Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with observability, security and automation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
• Own IaC practices using Terraform and Ansible; ensure versioned, reproducible infra.
• Manage hosted environments for high availability and reliable production deployments.
• Collaborate with Go engineers to streamline release processes and remove friction.
• Improve the observability stack with logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards and runbooks.
• Measure and improve developer experience and productivity.
• Own the continuous delivery pipeline for builds and deployments.
• Standardise releases for Go services with canary/blue‑green deployments.
• Identify bottlenecks across the SDLC to shorten time-to-production.
