Job summary

The AA in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Chief Technology Office and help cross-functional squads deliver effectively and continuously improve how they work.

You'll coach teams to adopt Agile ways of working, remove impediments, and improve flow and predictability using delivery metrics. This role offers hybrid working with three office days per week in Basingstoke.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in complex product/tech environments.
• Experience supporting cross-functional Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and modern product development practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective squad ceremonies and create an environment of collaboration and collective ownership for delivery.
• Coach squads in Agile principles, adapting to maturity levels and promoting autonomy and continuous improvement.
• Identify and help remove impediments, dependencies and blockers, coordinating across squads when required.
• Use delivery metrics and squad insights to improve flow, predictability, throughput, quality and delivery effectiveness.
• Partner with Product Owners and squad members to plan, refine and deliver in manageable increments for early feedback.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Delivery leaders to improve ways of working across the technology organisation and ensure governance and transparency.
