Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach to enable delivery of software solutions supporting the UK’s national security. You will coach, facilitate, and support Lean‑Agile teams to improve flow, quality and time to value in a challenging, mission‑critical environment.
This role requires strong facilitation and coaching skills, advanced Scrum Master credentials, and a track record of delivering Agile coaching at scale within secure domains.
Clearance: You must hold the highest level of UK Government Security Clearance
