Job Description:

Fortius Clinic London is seeking to hire a Senior Scrub Nurse to join their Surgical Centre in Marylebone, London. The role involves leading the Orthopaedic team, working alongside top surgeons and consultants.

This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Head and Deputy Head of Theatres.

Options for a 4 or 5 day workweek, totaling 37.5 hours, with shifts including early, late, and long days.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
• Degree-level education with ongoing professional development
• At least 4 years post-qualification experience in an operating theatre
• Qualified Surgical First Assist
• ILS Qualification

• Experience in driving growth and leading teams
• Clinical reasoning skills across diverse patient cases
