Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory experimentation and data analysis.
• Knowledge of purification development techniques such as chromatography and ultrafiltration/diafiltration; viral clearance experience is valuable.
• Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to critically analyse experimental data and clearly communicate conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in presenting results to customers.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to coach junior scientists and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and deliver multiple laboratory projects with safety, quality and right-first-time delivery.
• Perform purification development and viral clearance experiments (chromatography, UF/DF, column packing, filtration, stability studies).
• Critical review of data to generate robust process knowledge for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with customer project teams, present progress and support a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and review scientific documentation and study protocols; coordinate with external vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
