Job summary

mthree is scaling its strategic Post Trade Data Platform across Global Markets, with a focus on data accessibility, usability, resilience and quality. You will join a cross-continental Engineering and Architecture team (London, New York, India) central to a major transformation program enabling operational intelligence, analytics and AI-driven use cases.

Qualifications

• Expertise in JVM languages with performance optimisation.
• Experience with Oracle Exadata, MongoDB, Elasticsearch or similar.
• Cloud and DevOps: Linux/Unix, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Ansible.
• Reactive, event-sourced systems with Spark/Flink.
• APIs and data formats: REST, Protobuf, Avro, Parquet.
• Familiarity with Iceberg/Databricks/Hadoop.
• TDD/ATDD and CI/CD (Jenkins, Gradle).

Responsibilities

• Build the Strategic Platform with scalable and resilient solutions.
• Own Architecture & Strategy to support future needs.
• Lead Through Craft via architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement of platform capabilities.
