Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Architect to join a large-scale transformation programme in Telford. The role is hybrid, with two days a week on site, and focuses on technical leadership across a major SAP environment.

You will work with functional consultants, project managers, and third-party suppliers to translate business requirements into robust, scalable SAP solutions, owning architecture through the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as SAP Technical Architect or SAP Solution Architect.
• Experience with high-volume SAP environments and complex architectures.
• Strong governance of large SAP implementations and sizing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee technical architecture for complex SAP solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide architectural governance across SAP implementations.
• Define technical scope with project and delivery teams.
• Support SAP system sizing and landscape design.
• Assess feasibility and delivery impact of projects.
• Define and manage non-functional requirements.
• Ensure solutions follow architecture standards.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture development.
• Manage technical relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Provide leadership to delivery teams.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
