Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Lead Solution and Delivery Architect to drive large-scale implementations for high-profile clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business needs into architecture, and deliver innovative, future-proof SuccessFactors solutions while collaborating with Capgemini’s global practice.

You will engage stakeholders at all levels, support pre-sales, and stay aligned with the SuccessFactors roadmap, leveraging expertise across modules and HR

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules and HR domains
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large global projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Develop architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps for SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to align solutions with business objectives
• Guide clients on SAP best practices and roadmaps; stay abreast of SuccessFactors developments
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and respond to RFPs with Capgemini teams
