Job summary

The role focuses on delivering HR transformation programmes enabled by SAP SuccessFactors, working with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders to drive measurable business value.

You will contribute across strategic advisory engagements, transformation programmes, and HR technology delivery initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor and delivery leader throughout

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in HR Transformation and HR Technology
• Proven experience leading complex transformation engagements
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and operating models
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology strategy
• SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll experience (UK&I) desirable
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with ability to balance advisory, transformation, and delivery responsibilities
• Proven leadership including coaching teams and driving collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of HR transformation projects with quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
• Define HR technology strategies, operating models and transformation roadmaps with senior stakeholders.
• Provide deep knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and integration approaches; guide solution design and configuration to meet client requirements.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives.
• Oversee delivery teams, manage timelines, budgets and quality assurance.
• Manage workstreams across design, governance, data, reporting, testing, change management and deployment readiness.
• Lead and support HR transformation and HR technology programmes across engagements.
