Capgemini is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Lead Solution and Delivery Architect to drive large-scale implementations for high-profile clients. As a SAP SuccessFactors Lead Solution and Delivery Architect within Capgemini’s leading and award winning SuccessFactors Practice, you will have the responsibility of working across complex, large-scale SuccessFactors implementations for a range of high-profile clients. You will have experience of leading cross-functional teams on large Global projects and managing business process design and transformation. About our UK SAP Practice Team: Capgemini UK is a leading SAP Integration Partner, helping our clients navigate through complex SAP transformations. Your role

• Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps
• Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all solution architecture design
• Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in SuccessFactors and supporting technologies
• You will be required to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels within a client’s organization
• Strong experience in SuccessFactors integrations and able to articulate how the product is integrated within a full ERP estate
• Lead high performing teams that can work flexibly, incorporating both on and offshore delivery models
• Guide clients on SAP best practise and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies
• Contribute to shaping our response to RFPs and collaborate with other Capgemini teams during the pre-sales process
• Build and continually strengthen your network across Capgemini, our Clients and Partners

Your skills and experience

• You will have strong knowledge of SuccessFactors across multiple modules and experience in working across multiple HR domains
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
• Understands emerging technology trends and disruptions and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
• Familiar with supporting technologies such as Qualtrics & SAP WorkZone, and how they enhance employee experience
• Experience in leading pre-sales activities and articulating the benefits SuccessFactors brings to clients
• Good understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
• Enjoy mentoring and developing talent as well as sharing knowledge across the team and the wider SAP Practice
