Zalaris Deutschland AG in the UK is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant to join our UKI Consulting team. You will deliver new implementations and enhancements for a diverse mix of local and international clients, with a clear focus on Employee Central and opportunities to lead or support additional modules.

This is a home-based role (UK) with minimal travel, offering collaboration with a strong virtual team across Europe.

Formación

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience with additional modules such as Time Management, Onboarding, Compensation, or Performance & Goals is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with clients.
• Provide advisory services and solution recommendations.
• Document scope, processes, configurations and testing plans.
• Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
• Support HR environments setup across client landscapes and migrations.
• Coordinate tasks with onshore and offshore teams to meet client needs.
• Deliver end-user training and create documentation.
• Prepare knowledge-transfer sessions and handover documents.
