Zalaris Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a home-based UK role. You will lead delivery across UK/Ireland and globally, focusing on Employee Central while supporting other modules as needed. Travel to client sites is occasional.

The ideal candidate will hold EC certification, have 5+ years of hands-on experience, and fluent English. You will collaborate with a virtual team across Europe to optimise HR processes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
• Certification in Employee Central; additional module certs preferred.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP/ECP Payroll integration is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Lead workshops and requirements gathering with clients.
• Configure and customize the Employee Central module; document scope.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to meet client needs.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer to customers.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation and handover packages.
• Support ongoing workshops, fixes, and advisory services.
• Coordinate testing, defects, and go-live activities.
• Assist with project closure and transition to support.
