Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to drive SAP Ariba procurement capabilities and S/4HANA deployments within a multi-year digital transformation. You will bridge business needs with technical design, shaping supplier management, sourcing events and integrated processes across finance and inventory.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure quality delivery and continuous improvements in procurement performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP Ariba modules and S/4HANA procurement
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP procurement roles
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Experience in large ERP transformation programmes
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery

Responsibilities

• Bridge gap between technical implementation and business needs in SAP projects.
• Lead the design and deployment of SAP Ariba and S/4HANA procurement solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements and align with roadmaps.
• Support end-to-end process testing and deployment to BAU.
• Maintain design oversight through delivery and into live operations.
• Mentor team members and support knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate integration of procurement with finance and inventory processes.
