Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR Limited is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst - Project Systems to lead SAP PS configurations and bridge business needs with technical delivery. You will drive multi-year digital transformation including implementation, upgrades and support of SAP software solutions.

Hybrid role with Derby office preference, strong stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities are essential. Candidates should have SAP PS expertise, PM credentials and experience in large ERP programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) in large ERP programmes.
• Experience enabling integration between SAP PS and Oracle Primavera P6 schedules.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Understanding of agile and waterfall delivery approaches.
• Capability to mentor and develop end users in BAU.

Responsibilities

• Bridge technical implementation and business needs across SAP PS lifecycle.
• Review design proposals from third party consultants and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Support end-to-end process design, testing and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with process leads, super users, project managers and architects.
• Provide ongoing support and identify improvements to optimise process performance.
