Job summary

Halfords Group PLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the Technology workstream for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery across discovery, design, implementation, go-live and beyond, collaborating with leadership, tech teams, partners and business stakeholders.

You’ll shape the delivery plan, manage dependencies, and escalate risks as needed in a fast-paced, hybrid environment that blends Redditch Site work with home-based activity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology workstreams as part of large ERP implementations.
• Strong project management across discovery, design, go-live and service transition.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Technology workstream within the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
• Build integrated technology plans, manage milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Represent Technology in governance forums and drive decisive actions.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners and suppliers for delivery across apps, integrations, infra, data and security.
• Deliver design, testing, data migration, cutover and post-implementation support.
• Provide delivery reporting to senior stakeholders with mitigation plans.
• Promote best practice and continuous improvement across the Technology function.
