Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the Technology workstream of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will lead end-to-end delivery across discovery, design, implementation, go-live and post-go-live support, working with programme leadership, technology teams and partners.

You will shape delivery plans, manage dependencies, resources and risks, and represent Technology in governance forums, driving decisions in a fast-moving, high-visibility transformation within a hybrid

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering technology workstreams within large ERP programmes.
Strong command of project lifecycle from discovery to service transition.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of the Technology workstream within the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
Build and maintain integrated technology plans, milestones, resources, risks, and delivery priorities.
Represent Technology in governance forums, provide updates and drive decision-making.
Coordinate internal teams, partners and suppliers to deliver across applications, data, infrastructure and security.
Provide delivery reporting to senior stakeholders with clear mitigations.
Promote project management best practice and continuous improvement across Technology.
