Job summary

Transport for London is seeking a SAP Finance Senior Service Analyst to lead the SAP service lifecycle across core modules, delivering on time, budget and quality. You will provide end-to-end BAU support for SAP Finance and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role offers hybrid working with a 50/50 split between office and home over a 4-week period and involves coordinating with multiple teams to resolve complex issues and implement improvements in SAP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
• Extensive SAP FICO knowledge, especially New General Ledger.
• Experience across SAP R/3 Finance and integration with ERP.
• Knowledge of cloud computing service models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Experience working with multi-site operations and public transport context is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP service lifecycle across core modules on time, budget, scope.
• Provide end-to-end BAU support for SAP Finance across TfL.
• Act as SMEs for SAP R/3 Finance and coordinate with tech and business stakeholders.
• Analyse and resolve complex BAU issues across systems and processes.
• Collaborate to reduce TCO and ensure SAP best practice.
