Job summary

People First in London is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst in Supply Chain for a 6-month PAYE contract, with hybrid working in London. The role offers an hourly rate of up to GBP39 and a 37.5-hour week.

You will run discovery workshops, capture requirements, model processes and ensure SAP data and file flows are well-integrated across systems, collaborating with Product Owners and Solution Architects to confirm scope before build.

Qualifications

• Hands-on business analysis experience gathering requirements.
• Experience with SAP systems, especially S/4HANA and IBP.
• Knowledge of MDG and data mapping practices.
• Experience modelling processes and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiar with project delivery, UAT and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements-gathering sessions; document decisions, assumptions and outcomes.
• Elicit, analyse and validate business and functional requirements; translate them into clear user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
• Model current-state and future-state business processes using workflows, BPMN, SIPOC and user journeys; coordinate stakeholder review and sign-off.
• Analyse and document SAP data and file flows, integration touchpoints, dependencies and impacts across systems.
• Capture existing and future Master Data requirements across a range products and materials.
• Work with Product Owners and Solution Architects to clarify scope, assess options, challenge assumptions and confirm requirements before build.
