Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services UK&I is seeking a Salesforce Senior Dev/Tech Lead to drive design, development, and integration of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud in a highly regulated HMRC environment.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and shape architecture while delivering secure, scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs. This permanent, full-time role requires 40 hours/week in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• 2 large-scale Sales Cloud implementations.
• 2 large-scale Service Cloud implementations.
• 1 Experience Cloud implementation.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution development and delivery.
• Design scalable Salesforce applications.
• Mentor Salesforce developers.
• Develop customer/partner portals with Experience Cloud.
• Ensure HMRC governance and compliance.
