Tata Consultancy Services UK&I is seeking a Salesforce Senior Dev/Tech Lead to drive design, development, and integration of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud in a highly regulated HMRC environment.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and shape architecture while delivering secure, scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs. This permanent, full-time role requires 40 hours/week in the United Kingdom.

The Role

The Salesforce Senior Technical Developer / Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, integration, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud within HMRC's highly regulated environment.

The individual will provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with HMRC governance, security, accessibility, and compliance requirements.

Primary Objectives

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution development and delivery.
• Design and develop scalable applications using Salesforce best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce developers.
• Build and support citizen-facing and partner-facing Experience Cloud portals.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC security, data protection, and accessibility standards.
• Design and implement integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, code quality, and release management practices.
• Support architectural decisions and contribute to solution design workshops.

Technical Design & Development

• Lead technical delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop custom solutions using:

• Design reusable components and framework-based solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

• Develop branded digital experiences compliant with HMRC standards.
