Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Salesforce expert to co-lead administration, development and optimisation of the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and seamless integrations within a busy tech environment.

You will gather stakeholder requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and lead delivery from design to post-release review, while developing dashboards and analytics to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Salesforce administration and development in a business-critical setting.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead administration, development and optimisation of the Salesforce platform.
• Support the effective running of the wider technology ecosystem.
• Lead solution delivery from requirements gathering through testing, deployment and post-review.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with other systems, including Thinkific.
• Support customer-, employer- and learner-facing digital experiences, including Salesforce Communities.
