Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Salesforce professional to act as a trusted CRM advisor, leading requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment across business units.

You will demonstrate products, model use cases, and align with stakeholders to secure buy-in. The role covers solution design, development, and implementation, with emphasis on complex integrations and scalable Salesforce Platform solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)
• Development experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred)
• Development experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (preferred)
• Development experience with Conga CLM (preferred)
• DevOps platform experience (Copado, Gearset) preferred
• Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration technologies
• Demonstrated success with at least one large Salesforce integration project
• Strong understanding of scalable Salesforce Platform solutions
• Experience in Agile projects and Jira
• Ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues
• Technical project management experience
• Understanding of UI design principles and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets
• Excellent communication for technical and business audiences

Responsibilities

• Act as CRM trusted advisor for business unit projects through requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Demonstrate products and model use cases
• Develop business processes and related configurations
• Align with stakeholders and secure buy-in
• Directly support business unit staff during launches
• Estimate work efforts for project and ticket phases
• Take responsibility for solution design, development, and implementation
• Provide product and technical expertise for complex projects and integrations
• Review code and solution summaries for best-practice adherence and fit-for-purpose development
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations
• Assess, design, and develop future integration requirements
• Document and share technical, business process, best-practice, and reference architecture knowledge
• Apply advanced Salesforce technical principles and concepts
• Contribute to new principles and concepts
• Solve unusually complex technical problems with innovative solutions
• Work under consultative direction toward long-range goals and determine courses of action to achieve results
