Maxwell Bond partnering with an established, growth‑minded business in Manchester to appoint a Salesforce Solutions Architect who will own the Salesforce platform and shape its future direction. The role combines hands‑on delivery with strategic architectural ownership.

You will work with senior stakeholders across commercial, finance and technology to prioritise platform initiatives, design data models, integrations and scalable solutions in an agile, fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

Strong Salesforce architecture and platform delivery experience, including Sales Cloud.
Hands-on development background with data design and API integrations.
Experience delivering in an agile environment and balancing business and technical needs.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align priorities across teams.

Responsabilités

Own the architecture, design and ongoing delivery of the Salesforce platform, evolving it with business needs.
Hands-on technical design, data modelling, platform features and integrations across Salesforce and wider systems.
Support major platform initiatives with regular releases and shape technical strategy.
